The ESOHTN (a.k.a. ECATTS) team is back from the Air Force Symposium that took place in Nashville this past week. The turn-out was great and it was nice to meet so many of our current customers and users in person! Response to the system itself and our recent enhancements were extremely positive, so we are all happy to hear that.
Training Sessions were held all day Monday-Thursday by our Customer Support Manager, Sarah Spalding. This online training gave students an introductory look at the basics of the ESOHTN training. There, students could sign in, learn to navigate the system and ask questions in a live, hands-on session.
Our President and CEO, Nina Arcaro, was also there to speak in a one-time Technical Session. This presentation, titled “Harnessing the Power of the Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Training Network (ESOHTN) – Lessons Learned”, demonstrated how the Air Force, Army, Navy, NASA and state and local government agencies are using ESOHTN to meet regulatory requirements, reduce operational costs and increase the effectiveness of service/ agency/ installation-wide programs.
To sum it all up… it was a great Symposium for 2011!
